It is operated by 032 Ventures GmbH in Germany.
Independent brands. Each one sells in its own name and ships its own orders. Before a brand can sell, it has to provide its mandatory details, including address, tax number and withdrawal policy. We do not review the products in advance; any content can be reported.
That is what MyHealth is for: the marketplace carries brands from this one area only, instead of hiding them between millions of other items.
Each brand ships its own products. Cost and delivery time are shown on the product. If you order from several brands, the parcels arrive separately and you get one order per brand.
Yes. Within the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The instructions and the form are on the withdrawal page.
